11 Curtis Cup Team Members on NCAA Women’s Golf Championships Rosters
When the Division I Women’s Golf Championships tees off on Tuesday, May 20th, a total of 11 golfers, who will be competing at the 2014 Curtis Cup Match in June, will be looking to capture individual medalist honors and lead their teams to the Championship.
Seven members of the Curtis Cup Team and four players representing the Great Britain and Ireland team dot Championship rosters.
The Curtis Cup is a biennial international women’s amateur golf competition between eight-player teams from the United States of America and Great Britain and Ireland.
The team consists of two players each from – Kyung Kim, Annie Park – and – Alison Lee, Erynne Lee. Other members include Mississippi State’s Ally McDonald, Stanford’s Mariah Stackhouse and Alabama’s Emma Talley. The GB&I team members on participants include Tulane’s Gemma Dryburgh, Bronte Law of , Alabama’s Stephanie Meadow and Washington’s Charlotte Thomas.
The 2014 Curtis Cup will take place at the St. Louis (Mo.) Country Club, June 6-8.
The Tulsa Country Club course will play to a par 70 and measures 6,194 yards for the championship, May 20-23.
All-session tickets for the 2014 ® Division I Women’s Golf Championships are now available for purchase online at http://www.ncaa.com/tickets. All-Session tickets are $30 for the four-day event. Individual day tickets ($10 for adults, $5 for children) can be purchased at the Tulsa Country Club on the event day.
The University of Tulsa and Tulsa Sports Commission join the Tulsa Country Club as hosts of the 2014 ® Division I Women’s Golf Championships.
