PRESS CLUB DONATION: OSU-Tulsa President Gary Trennepohl was a recent speaker at the Tulsa Press Club’s Page One luncheon series. Above, he accepts a gift from Press Club board member Linda Sponslor after his talk. Earlier, Trennepohl accepted a $30,000 check from Sponslor after the Tulsa Press Club raised that amount at the retirement dinner honoring Sen. Don Nickles. “It is a great honor to be presented this scholarship for our students,??? said Trennepohl. “The Press Club’s support of higher education at OSU-Tulsa is greatly appreciated and will allow us to provide our students with the quality degree they are seeking here.??? The scholarship money, in Sen. Nickles honor, will benefit students studying public relations, advertising, political studies, or marketing.
