All-Vype Oklahoma Football Team Announced
Oklahoma City, OK—December 21st, 2010— editors, correspondences, sports writers, and media personnel covering high school football in Oklahoma selected the All- teams from Eastern Oklahoma, Central Oklahoma, Three Rivers, and Northwest Oklahoma. With these lists, and adding other performers from across the state, the 2010 All- Oklahoma Team has been selected.
Many of the members of this year’s squad have already pulled triggers on verbal commitments to ink with some of the nation’s elite college programs when the national signing period begins in February.
Leading vote getters included Guthrie’s Kentrell Brothers, Sawyer Kollmorgan (Jenks), Brandon Swindall (Millwood), David Glidden (Mustang), Dylan Dismuke (Duncan), and Aliston Cobb (Douglass). Top juniors include Donovan Roberts (Norman) and Corey Hassel (Stillwater).
Coach of the year honors went to Kirk Fridrich of Union, Shannon Watford of Hennessey, Durrell Hall of Tulsa Washington, and Willis Alexander of Douglass.
