Arvest Bank Robber Photos Released
The Arvest Bank Branch at 1515 S Utica was robbed on 01-13-2010 at 7:45 PM.
The bandit is a lone male described as a black male 6 ft tall, 190 lbs with a goatee and a deep voice and in his late thirties. The suspect wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark sunglasses, a dark vinyl jacket, khaki pants and the suspect is armed with a black semi automatic pistol.
The suspect entered the bank and immediately announces that he is robbing the bank and points the pistol at a teller behind the teller line. The suspect demanded cash from three drawers and the teller complies. The teller places the cash in a red vinyl zipper shaving bag and the suspect flees on foot.
There were no customers in the bank at the time of the robbery. No shots were fired and no one was injured.
This is the first robbery of a financial institution for 2010 in Tulsa.
