Athletes Improve Skill Levels At Velocity Sports Performance

GAINING AGILITY: Female athletes are frequent visitors to Velocity Sports Performance, where they can increase their strength, speed, agility and overall ability.

Athletes of all sports, ages and abilities are finding that they can improve their sports performance at Velocity Sports Performance.

Former professional baseball pitcher Scott Glanz, the owner and business director of the facility, explains that Velocity Sports Performance concentrates on the five main areas of Speed, Agility and Coordination; Strength and Power; Mobility and Flexibility; Energy Systems; and Injury Prevention.

Glanz says, “All of our programs are created by Loren Seagrave, world-renowned speed and sports performance coach to numerous elite and professional athletes, as well as collegiate national champions. Our programs are scientifically designed to improve speed, power and agility – the three pillars of athleticism.”

Glanz adds, “At Velocity Sports Performance, we only select the best of the best when it comes to our coaching staff. We require our coaches to have at least a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a related field, and to have coached at least at the collegiate level.”

Athletes at Velocity train in small, semi-private groups. Glanz says, “We believe that training in small groups allows more personal one-on-one attention between coach and athlete, which ensures that each athlete will be able to get the instructions they need in order to improve.”
