Authors and Books Featured at Lunch Box Series

The Broken Arrow Arts and Humanities Council is presenting the “Lunch Box Series” featuring authors and their books every Tuesday in April from noon to 1 p.m. at the Broken Arrow Library (300 W. Broadway).

This free-to-the-pubic event highlights local authors, discussion of their books, characters and writing styles, as well as a signing of books for sale. Plan to attend one or all of the following events featuring the following guest authors:
April 6 – Jackie King & Peggy Fleming: “Two Foxy Holiday Hens and One Big Rooster”

April 13 – Jeff Martin: “My Dog Ate My Nobel Prize”

April 20 – Evelyn David: “Murder Off the Books” and “Murder Takes the Cake”

April 27 – Bob Avey: “Beneath a Buried House”

Guests may bring their own lunch or purchase a catered box lunch from McAlisters at the event for $6 while they last.

This event is supported by Bank, Windstream Communications, Rotary Club of Broken Arrow and Hampton Inn/Clarion hotels. Special thanks to the Broken Arrow Library for their assistance.
