B.A.H.S. Student Honored For Academic Excellence

Broken Arrow High School teacher Lesa Dickson, right in the photo, congratulates Bailey Vought, an Academic All-Stater from Broken Arrow, during the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence Academic Awards Banquet, held recently in Tulsa.
Vought, a 2019 graduate of Broken Arrow High School, was among 100 outstanding seniors from Oklahoma public schools who were honored by the foundation as Academic All-Staters.
She received an Academic All-State scholarship sponsored by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
The Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence is a statewide nonprofit organization that recognizes and encourages academic excellence in Oklahoma’s public schools.
Dickson, an English teacher, was Vought’s honored teacher guest at the banquet.
