Jessica Mugg, events manager for the Broken Arrow Chamber, has been announced as a winner of the 30 Under 30 award for the State of Oklahoma.
The Broken Arrow Chamber notes that Mugg is a Broken Arrow native and an essential employee to the chamber.
B.A. Chamber literature notes that “Jessica understands the multi-layered mindset about how events that support our members, directly translate to economic growth in Broken Arrow. Jessica’s impact on our organization is felt everyday with communication between staff in preparing for perfect execution during major events.”
In 2017, the Broken Arrow Chamber held over 150 events ranging from semi-monthly breakfasts to Oklahoma’s oldest festival, Rooster Days which brings in over 30,000 event attendees on an annual basis. While Jessica represents her community through her work with the Broken Arrow Chamber and volunteering as the youngest board member for ’s alumni association, she’s most proud of her husband’s dedication to protecting our country. Sgt. David Mugg is currently overseas on a yearlong mission as a member of the Oklahoma Army National Guard.
“While Jessica has every reason to let her mind wander, she shows up everyday ready to translate the chamber’s work into support for our business community. Broken Arrow is thriving as the fastest growing suburban community in the state of Oklahoma, the fourth largest city and the third largest manufacturing hub. This work is not by accident, but it is through strong local leadership and people like Jessica dedicated to ensuring that Broken Arrow is known throughout the country as a top destination to live.”
