Bailey Medical Center Appoints CFO Becky Speight
Bailey Medical Center, a service of Hillcrest HealthCare System (), has appointed Becky Speight, FHFMA, , as Chief Financial Officer (). She will be responsible for the financial operations of the 73-bed full-service acute care hospital.
Speight brings more than 20 years of broad healthcare financial and human resources management experience to her new position, having most recently served as of Henryetta Medical Center, another hospital within . During her time at Henryetta Medical Center, Speight was responsible for the financial operations of the 41-bed hospital with a 14-bed geriatric psychiatric unit.
Prior to joining Henryetta Medical Center, Speight was Controller and Director of Finance for Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa; Managing Consultant for , in Tulsa; and Senior Manager for Madole Wagner, (now Eide Bailly) in Tulsa.
Speight received her Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas, and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.
She is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association; Vice Chair of the National Board of Examiners for the Healthcare Financial Management Association; Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma; and a member of the Oklahoma Healthcare Financial Management Association; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Leadership Tulsa Class .
Bailey Medical Center () is a 73-bed acute care hospital serving Owasso and the surrounding communities. Located at 106th and Garnett, provides a wide range of services, including 24-hour emergency care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, obstetrics, cardiology, orthopedics, medical weight loss, sleep medicine, as well as imaging, laboratory and rehabilitation services.
