Several homeowners in the gated, upscale Balmoral neighborhood near East 67th Street and South Birmingham Avenue in Tulsa. opened their homes this month for an afternoon walking tour of three open homes, available lots and two homes under construction, sponsored by Renaissance Construction.
Renaissance Construction acquired eight lots in the Balmoral addition this year with plans to build two spec homes and six additional custom luxury homes to buyers’ specifications.
