Barthelmes Conservatory Holds Winter Concert
YOUNG MUSICIANS: Students pose together after performing at Barthelmes Conservatory’s winter concert on Dec. 14 at the Church at Midtown. The belief behind the conservatory is that music and all other art disciplines provide children with alternative ways to develop skills, process information, and express and organize knowledge. The immediate, intrinsic benefits of engaging in a music program are aesthetic pleasure and captivation and the social bonds created among students when they share their arts experiences through reflection and discourse.
