Bedlam Rivalry Goes Mobile with Bedlam App
Whether it’s “Boomer Sooner” or “Go Pokes,” Orange Power or Crimson and Cream, there’s now an iPhone application for fans of the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University to express loyalty to their school.
Developed by Oklahoma City based Phase 2 Interactive, a leading technology company that creates mobile apps and complex custom software, the Bedlam application allows fans of each school to declare their Bedlam allegiance.
“Our state’s passion for college football is second to none,” said Heath Clinton, president and chief operating officer of Phase 2 Interactive. “The Bedlam app gives fans just another way to cheer their team on.”
App features include:
Interactive Map – Allowsfans to mark their location and see how many fans from each school are in their area.
Twitpic Feature – Fans can take game day photos and directly upload them to Twitter.
Mini-Game – Thisfield goal-kicking game allows users to compete against themselves and their friends for the best score.
Team Support – Userscan shake their iPod touch or iPhone to cheer for their team, predict the final score of the game and play their team’s fight song.
The Bedlam app is free to download and available in the iTunes Store or at www.phase2online.com.
