BIKES AND BADGES: The “Bikes and Badges??? program has been announced, where two locally built custom Choppers will be auctioned April 22 at Expo Square. Funds used will help build memorials to fallen police officers and firefighters. Present at the announcement are, from left, Crime Commission Board President Jeff Stava, Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz, Tulsa Police Department Deputy Chief Mark McCrory, Crime Commission Board member and Web consultant Lee Williams and Tulsa Mayor Bill LaFortune. In addition, the Tulsa Crime Commission has announced a new Web site, www.crimecomok.org, which features the latest crime alerts and top crime related news stories.
