Brian McKinnell is the new General Manager for the Golden Hurricane Sports Properties. McKinnell is a Bay Area native. He graduated from college at Oregon State University in 2001.
McKinnell commuted between Corvallis and Portland as he worked in operations at the University of Portland while acquiring his MBA from Oregon State. He began as an account executive with Leerfield in 2003.
In 2006, he was hired as General Manager for marketing at San Jose State and became the General Manager at TU Jan. 1 this year.
