The annual Broken Arrow Public Schools Foundation golf tournament, postponed this spring because of coronavirus concerns, has been rescheduled for Oct. 28 at the Forest Ridge Golf Club.
Once again, the primary beneficiaries of the event will be classroom teachers who are supported in their efforts to enhance the education experience for more than 19,000 students. This year, nearly $40,000 in grants went to 60 educators across the district.
The foundation also sponsors Teacher of the Year recognition for educators at each of the district’s 28 school sites.
The tournament will again be a four-person scramble format. For details on sponsorship opportunities or how to participate, visit www.bapsfoundation.org.
