Trust Company of Oklahoma has named Scott Cravens as vice president of its property management division, providing real estate advisory and management services in its Oklahoma City office.
Prior to joining Trust Company of Oklahoma, Cravens worked for three years as the residential and commercial property real estate manager for Heritage Trust Company.
Cravens’ expertise includes employing active management strategies, property redevelopment, asset and portfolio planning, and property acquisition and disposition. He has also served as an Oklahoma County Land Commissioner assisting with property valuations on more than a dozen cases for the Oklahoma County District Court. Eddie Craven and Dave Wicklund took on their new positions and titles with the company effective August 1, 2013. Craven is now over the southern region for Metro Appliances & More, which includes Edmond, Okla., Oklahoma City, Little Rock, Jonesboro, Ark., and Memphis.
Wicklund’s career at Metro Appliances & More began in 2008 as general manager for the Springdale, Ark. location. Wicklund’s northern region includes stores in Springdale, Ark., Springfield, Mo., Joplin, Mo., Tulsa and Wichita.
