The Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa () announces Jaime Christensen’s promotion to director of marketing and public relations. Christensen will oversee the association’s advertising, public relations and overall marketing. The scope of this position includes developing, editing and publishing Home Building News member magazine, all event publicity including Greater Tulsa Home & Garden Show, Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes, the annual fundraising gala, and many more. As director of marketing and public relations, she will manage the association’s website and social media efforts. Christensen will also guide the HBA’s public relations committee, as well as the charitable foundation, a 501©(3) nonprofit created to provide support and unlock opportunities for organizations that advance housing-related and education initiatives.
Christensen is a graduate of Northeastern State University and began at as council coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Business Adminis-tration in hospitality and tourism management. Christensen currently serves on the planning committee for Tulsa’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. She is working toward her Certified Meeting Professional () credentials.

Elizabeth Beaubien, an Emmy award winning news anchor, has joined 2 Works for You as morning anchor of 2News Today. Beaubien worked as an anchor at , the affiliate in Palm Desert, Calif.
Beaubien is returning to her hometown of Tulsa. She graduated from Edison High School and the University of Tulsa, cheering for the Golden Hurricane. She left Tulsa to begin her journalism career in Bend, Ore., in 2001.
Beaubien won the Emmy award for “Best Newscast” and was nominated for a best “On-Camera Talent” Emmy in the anchor category. She was also nominated for human interest reporting. She is a 2013 California State Assembly “Woman of Distinction.” In addition, she received an AP award for her in-depth reporting on a murder investigation near Monroe, La.
Grand Bank has named Ken Gray as executive vice president of commercial lending at its new location in Bixby, near 101st Street and Memorial Drive. A native Tulsan, Gray brings more than 40 years of banking industry experience in Oklahoma to his new position with Grand Bank. He is a graduate of Northeastern State University in Tahlequah. Gray has an American Institute of Banking Certification and is a National Graduate of Commercial Lending School and Compliance School. He is a member of the National Association of Independent Appraisers. Gray has served on the board of directors of the Bixby Chamber of Commerce and the Jenks Chamber of Commerce.
Hall Estill announces the addition of three new associates to the law firm. Diane Hernandez and Dawson Brotemarkle have joined the firm’s Tulsa office, and Tami Hines has been added to Hall Estill’s Oklahoma City office.
Hernandez is a graduate of The University of Tulsa College of Law, where in addition to her J.D., she served as editor in chief of the Tulsa Law Review and as vice president of the Latino Law Students Association. She is a member of the Order of the Curule Chair and was awarded the Oklahoma Bar Association Outstanding Law Student Award for 2013 and the Scholarship and Leadership Award for 2014. Hernandez’s practice areas include employment-based immigration and labor & employment law.
After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 2013, Brotemarkle worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Claire V. Eagan in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. During law school, he was an associate editor of the Texas Law Review and the executive director of the Legal Research Board. Additionally, Brotemarkle was a member of the Chancellors and the Order of the Coif. Brotemarkle joins Hall Estill’s energy and oil and gas practice areas at the firm.
Hines is a graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she was the editor in chief of the Oklahoma City University Law Review for the 2013-2014 academic year and a William J. Holloway American Inns of Court student member. She also externed under the Honorable Justice Noma D. Gurich of the Oklahoma Supreme Court as well as interned for and the Honorable Judge Colin Long of Missouri’s 25th Judicial Circuit. Hines was awarded the Judge Alfred P. Murrah Sr. Award for Outstanding Academic Performance, an award given in Memory of Chief Judge Alfred P. Murrah Sr. Hines will work in the Oklahoma City office with her main practice areas being bankruptcy, commercial finance, electronic-discovery and media law.
