Tulsa Tech announces the following additions to its staff. Jennifer Goodin joins Tulsa Tech as director of technology and information services. Her responsibilities will include implementing a strategic vision of technology efforts supporting faculty, staff and students at Tulsa Technology Center. Vickie Foster comes to Tulsa Tech to serve as coordinator of disability services for career advisement and counseling. Foster will work to increase the number of opportunities at Tulsa Tech for those with disabilities. Deb McCaskey comes to Tulsa Tech to serve as a coordinator for employment services at the Memorial Complex Career Services Center. She will work to broaden the reach and expand the excellent employment opportunities that Tulsa Tech has to offer.

Bailey Medical Center, a service of Hillcrest HealthCare System (), has appointed Becky Speight, FHFMA, , as Chief Financial Officer (). She will be responsible for the financial operations of the 73-bed full-service acute care hospital. She is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association; Vice Chair of the National Board of Examiners for the Healthcare Financial Management Association; Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma; and a member of the Oklahoma Healthcare Financial Management Association; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Leadership Tulsa Class .

Brent Page, Mike Owen, and Matt Knight have been named partners with Atlas General Contractors, with locations in Tulsa and in Oklahoma City. Atlas General Contractors President Jim Garrett announced that three proven and experienced employees have been named partners to the 38-year-old company. “These three men have been the primary force behind Atlas General Contractors continued steady growth, expanding geographic reach and broadening base of work performed. They have greatly enhanced our client satisfaction and our relationships with all industry partners,” says Jim Garrett.

Waller & Company Public Relations Inc., a Tulsa-based full service public relations and marketing firm, announces the addition of Rhonda Collier in the new position of operations manager. Collier’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to oversight of accounts payable, billing, inventory management, human resources and benefits and firm-sponsored event planning. Collier’s previous positions include customer service and sales with Brookside merchant Allen’s Gourmet Grocery and accounts payable/bookkeeping duties for the H.R. Collier Oil and Gas business. Additionally, Collier’s work experiences include office management and billing in the healthcare and petroleum industries in Tulsa. She attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Okla. and received a bachelor of business administration in finance in 1993.

Schnake Turnbo Frank, PR has named David Wagner as senior vice president of its Tulsa office and Tina Wells as senior account executive. Wagner will be responsible for the management of the account service staff in the Tulsa office. He will also provide public relations counsel to clients and is responsible for business development and community involvement in the Tulsa market. As senior account executive, Wells will provide strategic counsel to clients, develop and manage communications plans and assist with business development.

Monte Cassino announces that Matt Vereecke, principal of Tulsa’s Saint Pius X School, will become Monte Cassino’s school director July 1. As school director, Vereecke will lead Monte Cassino’s administrative team, composed of Assistant School Director Steve Moore, Middle School Principal Mary Whelan, Elementary School Principal Lisa Beardshear, and Early Childhood Principal Karen Nally.
Vereecke follows Sister Mary Clare Buthod, who was Monte Cassino’s school director for almost four decades. In December 2009, Sister Mary Clare resigned for health reasons.

Stanley A. Lybarger, president and , Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., and Financial Corp., has announced the following appointments and promotions. Cynthia Batt was appointed to senior vice president, private banker IV, in the wealth management division. Bryan Carter was appointed to vice president, senior credit underwriter, in the commercial division. Wesley Knight was appointed to vice president, trust officer , in the wealth management division. Peter Carey was promoted to senior vice president, credit concurrence officer, in the commercial division.
