Waller & Company Public Relations Inc., a Tulsa-based public relations firm, announces the addition of Jordan Guthmann as a senior account manager. Bringing extensive account management experience and a strong writing background to his position, Guthmann’s duties will include creating and managing PR and media campaigns, editorial marketing to local, regional and national publications, planning special events and leading media relations efforts. The Broken Arrow native graduated cum laude in 2006 from Oral Roberts University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in mass media communications with emphases in PR and advertising.

Joanne Lucas has been named senior director of finance for Community Action Project of Tulsa County (). Lucas comes to with more than 25 years of experience in finance. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Tulsa Public Schools.

Michelle Epps, , , Elite Relocation Specialist and full time Realtor with Chinowth & Cohen Realtors in Owasso was recently sworn in as the 2010 president of the Oklahoma Chapter for the Council of Residential Specialists. The ceremony took place during a membership meeting in Oklahoma City during the conference. Epps has been involved with the Oklahoma Board for the past 3 years.

Kaila Rose Westerfield has accepted the position of Director of Sales with Exposerve Food & Beverage Management. Westerfield graduated from Oklahoma State University with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management. During college, she interned for the Special Events office, assisting with campus programs such as Orange Peel, Allied Arts and the Miss Scholarship Pageant. Westerfield was also Director of Sales for The ShowDown featuring Brooks & Dunn, the first concert hosted inside Gallagher-Iba Arena. She has been involved in the community, including work with the Cox Connects Foundation and the MS Society as a team captain.

Arvest Bank announces the promotion of four branch managers to assistant vice presidents. Tammy Wohlschlegel earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rogers State University in Claremore. Brenda Baker earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from Oklahoma State University. Derek Hanson has 13 years of banking experience as well as a bachelor’s degree in theology from Apostolic Bible Institute. Barbara Sedgwick has 33 years of banking experience.

Schnake Turnbo Frank PR has named Krista Townsend senior account executive of its Oklahoma City office. In her new position, Townsend will provide strategic counsel to clients, develop and manage communications plans and assist with business development. Townsend’s previous experience includes serving as a spokesperson and public relations specialist for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, as well as managing client accounts and providing public relations and marketing services for other local firms. She also served as a news reporter for six years.

Richard L. Grenville has been hired by the Tulsa Port of Catoosa as its new director of logistics and business development. Originally from London, England, Grenville spent the last three years as a port security analyst for International, a Stanford University-affiliated think tank. Prior to his work with , he was manager of stevedoring and terminal operations for Marine at the Port of Tampa.

Oklahoma Methodist Manor (), a not-for-profit senior living facility in midtown Tulsa, has named Joyce Jochim its new director of member services. In her new position, Jochim will be responsible for the daily programs that serve the 180 independent living residents at . The programs are implemented to meet the emotional, social, educational and inspirational needs of the residents. Jochim received her associate in arts degree from Bismarck State University and is completing her bachelor’s degree in family studies and gerontology at Southern Nazarene University.

Matt Crafton has been appointed president and of Top 500 firm, Crafton Tull Sparks. Crafton will oversee the operations and marketing of the company with the help of his management team, including Shane Fernandez, executive vice president and leader of the firm’s architecture division. Tom Hopper, the firm’s former president and , will retain the role of chairman of the board and represent Crafton Tull Sparks in the various communities and states in which the firm works.

Utica Park Clinic welcomes Leor D. Roubein, M.D., a gastroenterologist. His office is located at Utica Park Clinic, Central, 1245 S. Utica Ave., 3rd Floor East. Dr. Roubein graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1980, completed his residency at the University of Texas at Houston in 1983 and completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Baylor College of Medicine in 1985. Dr. Roubein is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine in Gastroenterology.

Arvest Asset Management announces that it has promoted Carrie Coles to senior vice president, regional investment officer. Coles, who joined Arvest Bank in 1998, has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She attended Western Kentucky University and holds a B.S. in business administration from Oklahoma State University. Arvest Bank also announces that it has promoted April Allen to assistant vice president, assistant operations manager. Allen has been with Arvest for nine years.
