Jules Resnik recently moved her Shelter Insurance Agency branch to a new location at 1105 S. Aspen Ave. in Broken Arrow. Resnik brings a passion for helping others to the corporation and the community. Resnik designed a new sign for the office that the corporation will now use as an official sign throughout the country. Resnik has also recently learned that Shelter Insurance earned a place in Ward Group’s top 50 performers of safest and best managed companies.

Attorney Robert Coffey has recently decided to begin a solo practice in the Tulsa area. Coffey will make use of the Third Wave Law Practice which is a new approach to law. This practice will feature a virtual office and more personal service. With this approach, Coffey will have a complete understanding of cases because he will handle everything himself. Coffey will focus on bankruptcy cases and hopes to help those who have been greatly affected by the economy. Coffey earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa.

Creative services firm, T. Inc., has named Ronald Fogley to the position of client services associate. Equipped with an extensive background in retail, wholesale and manufacturing management, marketing and marketing research, Fogley will focus on new business development. A native of Scranton, Pa., Fogley’s business and marketing acumen stems from a successful career that began when he started selling candy and sandwiches to workers in his family’s clothing factory. So successful were his efforts, the factory’s management began charging the boy rent on the factory floor.

Tom Clark recently joined the SpiritBank team as consumer lending manager, vice president. Clark comes to the bank with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. “I am very excited about my job, as well as working at SpiritBank,” says Clark. “It offers me a great challenge and the opportunity to work with a great staff.” In this role Clark will oversee the consumer-lending department and work with the bank staff to better serve SpiritBank customers.

Cecilia Robinson-Green has been named senior director of early childhood programs for Community Action Project () of Tulsa County. Robinson- Green comes to with more than 10 years experience in education leadership. Robinson-Green holds a master of science in education administration and curriculum supervision from the University of Oklahoma. In her new position, Robinson-Green will direct strategic and operational goals for CAP’s early childhood programs, which includes head start, early head start, state of Oklahoma pilot early childhood program and educare.

ClearRidge Capital has expanded its mergers and acquisitions team with the addition of Anja Ritchie. Ritchie graduated with a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and Business Strategy from -Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Ritchie earned a Bachelor’s of International Business Administration from the European University Viadrina in Germany and the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Montpellier, France. At ClearRidge, Anja’s main focus is research, analysis and financial modeling.

Mackenzie Staples recently joined Operation Aware as the manager of curriculum and instruction. Staples received a bachelor’s degree in both communication and sociology from the University of Oklahoma.

Previously she has worked as an income developer for a national health related non-profit and a manager of several Kaplan Test Prep and admissions offices.

Operation Aware is a Tulsa-based non-profit program that equips youth, through prevention education, with the knowledge and skills to make positive life choices. The program, which began in 1979, serves more than 22,000 students every school year.

Family & Children’s Services recently announced the addition of Mark Willis as chief financial officer. Willis is a native of northeast Oklahoma and graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor in Business Administration and Accounting and a Master in Business Administration. He is a certified public accountant and has been a member of the AICPA since 1988.

Waller & Company Public Relations Inc., a Tulsa-based public relations firm, announces the addition of Jordan Guthmann as a senior account manager. Bringing extensive account management experience and a strong writing background to his position, Guthmann’s duties will include creating and managing P.R. and media campaigns, editorial marketing to local, regional and national publications, planning special events and leading media relations efforts. The Broken Arrow native graduated from Oral Roberts University, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Mass Media Communications with emphases in P.R. and advertising.

Del Dreyer became president of the Rotary Club of Tulsa. As a local businessman, Dreyer serves as president of Financial Security Group Inc., a full-service financial advisory firm, which he has owned since 1980. Dreyer has been a member of Rotary for 27 years, overseeing various volunteer committees including programs, membership, classifications and budget. As a board member, he has held leadership positions including club service director and secretary/treasurer. He has also served six years as a trustee of the Tulsa Rotary Community Fund, including three years as chairman.

Oklahoma State University-Tulsa has announced officers for the -Tulsa Board of Trustees for the 2010 fiscal year.

Ed Keller, chairman of Summit Bank, will serve as chair. In addition, Larry Mocha, president and of Tulsa-based Apsco Inc., will serve as vice chair; and Glenda Love, executive director of the Ronald McDonald House, will serve as secretary.
Other Trustees include Calvin Anthony, Betty Boyd, Jim Goodwin, Jay Helm, Michael Johnson and Henry Primeaux. The membership of the -Tulsa Board of Trustees is made up of nine people appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate.
