Hillcrest HealthCare System announced it has named a new Chief Financial Officer (). Donald Baker, of Hillcrest Medical Center began leading the strategic financial initiatives for the System on Tuesday, May 26th. Baker will not only serve as the System but will continue to be the of Hillcrest Medical Center as well, until a new for is appointed. Baker brings more than 10 years of executive level healthcare experience to his new position. Baker graduated from Langston University, University Center at Tulsa.

He brings more than a decade of claims and management experience to his role leading Holmes? new subrogation division. The Flintco Companies, Inc., the largest Native American owned company, has named Lowell Heck as vice president of corporate operations and Jim Blose as vice president/area manager of Tulsa operations.
