Countrywide Financial Corporation announced the promotion of Jason Oelrich to Home Loan Manager for its distributed retail lending offices located in the greater Tulsa area and northwest Arkansas. Oelrich is a nationally recognized correspondent mortgage-banking expert. Immediately prior to joining Countrywide, Oelrich served as the president and managing director of Liberty Financial Group where he also served in various advisory roles for several multi-national
mortgage banks, including Countrywide, Residential Funding Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns and HSBC Mortgage Services.
The Women’s International Network of Utility Professionals announced their officers for the upcoming year. The new officers are: Chair – Cynthia Stewart, American Electric Power; Vice Chair/Chair- Elect, Andrea Chancellor, Public Service Company of Oklahoma; Treasurer, Holly McCune, American Electric Power; Secretary, Megan Washbourne, ONEOK; and International Board Rep-resentative – Jackie Clouse, Public Service Company of Oklahoma. The officers will serve a full year term, starting in 2008.
First Fidelity Mortgage announced Kym Knight has been named the mortgage lender for the bank’s Tulsa market. First Fidelity Mortgage is a division
of First Fidelity Bank, N.A. Knight brings more than 20 years of mortgage and real estate experience to her position. Prior to joining the First Fidelity team, Knight was a mortgage loan consultant at First United Bank Mortgage Company. She also taught mortgage continuing education classes to small business owners for state-specific education in loan fraud, business ethics, federal and state loan compliance, and loan qualification and application.
Leo Spriggs, president/CEO of Hospitality Management Corporation, recently an-nounced that Craig Lovell has been appointed general manager at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Tulsa Airport. Prior to accepting this position, Lovell was the general manager at the Hampton Inn in Rogers, Ark. During his tenure at the Hampton, the property consistently received all ‘Outstanding’ quality ratings. Previously, Lovell spent several years in management positions at hotels in the Tulsa area, working primarily with Hilton brand properties. His experience includes managing and overseeing property operations, and extensive sales and marketing.
Bank of Oklahoma announced the following appointments and promotions: Deborah Cardoza was appointed to assistant vice president, Credit Specialist III, in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Manag-ement division. Previously, Cardoza was employed with Midfirst Bank.
Christopher Graber was appointed to vice president, managing director, Merchant Banking/Private Equity Investing, in the Commercial Banking division. Previously, Graber was employed with the Renewable Energy Group. Sally Kelley was appointed to vice president, PFS Trust Administrator III, in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management division. Previously, Kelley was self-employed. Sheryl White was appointed to assistant vice president, Branch Manager I, in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management division. Previously, White was employed with Liberty Bank of Arkansas. Robert Branch was appointed to vice president, Private Financial Services Banker III, in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management division. Previously, Branch was employed with Parkway Bank. Darole Mott was appointed to senior vice president, Manager, Treasury Services/Sales, in the Consumer Banking & Wealth Management division. Previously, Mott was employed with JP Morgan Chase. Elizabeth Barnes was promoted to assistant vice president, Business Analyst II, in the Operations and Technology division. Barnes has been with BOk since January 2005. Tammy Bell was promoted to assistant vice president, Business Analyst III, in the Operations and Technology division. Bell has been with BOk since April 2002. Thomas Dye was promoted to assistant vice president, Purchasing and Office Services Manager, in the Operations and Technology division. Dye has been with BOk since February 2004. Sharene Huntley was promoted to assistant vice president, Business Application Development Manager, in the Operations and Technology division. Huntley has been with BOk since May 2002. John Krider was promoted to
vice president, Manager Inter-national Payment Ops, in the Consumer Bank-ing and Wealth Management division. Krider has been with BOk since April 1997. Judith Mills was promoted to vice president, Trust Training Coordinator, in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management division. Mills has been with BOk since March 2007. Andrew Parker was promoted to vice president, Operations Manager V, in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management division. Parker has been with BOk since September 1994. Sara Anderson was promoted to vice president, Treasury Services and International Business Manager, in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management division. Anderson has been with BOk since August 2006. Debra Hopkins was promoted to vice president, Project Manager III, in the Operations and Technology division. Hopkins has been with BOk since January 2006. Michael Nalley was promoted to senior vice president, Manager of Corporate Real Estate, in the Operations and Technology division. Nalley has been with BOk since April 2007. Anne Bertalot was promoted vice president, Branch Manager IV, in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management division. Bertalot has been with BOk since October 2005.
The Arthritis Foundation Eastern Oklahoma Chapter has named Sandra Massey, Ed.D, Tulsa Community College, as its 2008 board chair. Schnake Turnbo Frank PR announced Russ Florence has been named executive vice president and director. Florence joined the firm in 2001 and most recently served as senior vice president. Before joining Schnake Turnbo Frank PR, he served as corporate communications manager for Bank of Oklahoma. Florence has a long history of leadership and service to the Tulsa community as well as the state. In years past, he has led the boards of directors for the Tulsa Press Club, LIFE Senior Services and the Tulsa Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators.
OK MOZART International Festival announced the addition of the following board members: David Anderson, Diana Moon Adams, Roger Box and Bob Ridge. OK MOZART has also recently developed an Advisory Board whose members include Glen Cox, Mike May, Edd Grigsby, Tom Sears and David Tippeconnic. This board will provide insight and leadership in advancing the music festival, says Board of Directors President Charlie Daniels.
