Charles B. “Chuck” Wilson has joined Republic State Mortgage of Houston as a managing partner in Tulsa. Republic is a full service mortgage lender. Wilson, a veteran Tulsa-area mortgage lender, says that in addition to mainstream mortgage products, Republic offers a portfolio of special lending that offers highly competitive and innovative borrowing opportunities. Credit Counseling Centers of Oklahoma (CCCO) announces the 2007 Board of Directors and Board Officers. The 2006 Chairman, Bruce Adkins, will repeat the position in 2007.
He is the only person to have ever served in this position for three years in CCCO’s 36-year history. Adkins has been an active member of the Board since January 1995 and has held several positions over the past decade, including treasurer (2002), vice-chairman (2003), chairman-elect (2004) and chairman (2005 and 2006).

BOK Financial Corp. announces appointments and promotions: Brenda E. Batchelor was appointed vice president, corporate trust administrator III in the consumer banking and wealth management division.
Cynthia A. Creger was appointed vice president, asset liability strategist in the Institutional Investments division of BOSC, Inc.
Brad Steele was promoted to vice president, trader III in the consumer banking and wealth management division. He has been employed with the bank since January 2006.
Brent A. Crandall was appointed to vice president, trader III in the consumer banking and wealth management division.
Stephen T. Grider was appointed to officer, instore assistant branch manager in the consumer banking and wealth management division.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites has named Karen Scanlon as general manager and Tonya Wilson as its new director of sales.
Scanlon as its new general manager. Scanlon is responsible for the hotel’s budget and revenue, staff training and overall guest satisfaction.
Wilson brings several years of experience in communications to her position. As director of sales, her responsibilities will include establishing corporate and group accounts and contracts, coordinating business events, advertising management and community relations.
