Caring Center Opens

The Caring Center is a support system provided to all Bama team members free of cost. The services are based on individual needs. Anticipated services include mental health, tax preparation, legal assistance, and community resource identification and guidance for team members as well as their dependents.
Based upon Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the Caring Center is an innovative, comprehensive service for team members that is designed to relieve and resolve personal issues. The anticipated result is increased employee engagement, productivity and retention.
