Cascia Christmas Walk 2011
Cascia Hall Preparatory School and the Cascia Hall Parent Faculty Association () announce that the annual Cascia Christmas Walk is bigger and better than ever. The event will include the return of the traditional Cascia Christmas Walk home tours, holiday festivities and shopping on campus, and a first-ever, Starry, Starry Night patron event.
In the spirit of community and the holiday season, four midtown area homes will be on display as the return of the traditional home tours is welcomed.
Decorated by some of Tulsa’s most renowned designers and florists, each home will feature beautiful Christmas floral designs and decorations specific to the style of the home, as well as string players and pianists. The Cascia Christmas Walk home tour, which is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 4, will feature the following homes and designers:

• 2133 E. 32nd Place ~ Margaret Ferrell Design Home sponsored by: Powers Design & Build, ; Clare Ashby, landscape architect, inc.; Oklahoma Landscape
• 1619 E. 36th Place ~ Jay Roberts at TA Lorton Home sponsored by: Oklahoma Landscape; Abersons; Leslie Rowlands Interior Artist,
• 2140 E. 30th Street ~ Petal Pushers Home sponsored by: Rossi Brothers Company; Clare Ashby, landscape architect, inc.
During the Walk, the Scianna Performing Arts Center and Upper School gymnasium will be transformed into a festive holiday array of boutique shopping, dining and entertainment.
Visitors will enjoy shopping over 60 unique vendors in the Cascia Boutique (located in the Upper School gym), as well as selecting from fabulous gift baskets sponsored by our Cascia families. The Cascia Bistro (located in the Upper School gym lobby) will offer tasty treats, compliments Catering Kitchen .Performances from the Cascia hand-bell choir and select choir will be presented during the event in the Scianna Performing Arts Center. Cascia students and parents will be onsite to help guide visitors.
Tickets may be purchased in advance for $15 by visiting the website at www.casciahall.org or the Cascia Hall Upper or Middle School offices off of Yorktown Avenue. Tickets will also be available for purchase the day of the event at the school or at the homes on tour for $20. Tickets are not required to attend the festivities at Cascia Hall. Shuttles will be provided free of charge between the school and all homes on the tour.
New this year is the addition of the Starry, Starry Night patron event. Taking place the evening of Thursday, Dec. 1, this spectacular event is an adult’s night out to tour two country chic homes in Kelleyville.
Participants will board luxury coach buses for their destinations, which will feature homes built to enhance the natural surroundings of the Oklahoma countryside.
This event is presented by the Cascia Hall Parent Faculty Association and is co-chaired by Tammy Hern and Christy Boone. The Cascia Christmas Walk is a celebration of Christmas, benefitting Cascia Hall Preparatory School. Proceeds from the event will be applied toward the school’s New World Language Lab that will benefit every student at Cascia Hall.
