Survival Tips for Parenting Your Teenager: “It’s All in Their Heads!” will be presented by Terence J. Houlihan, MS Ed, , on Monday, August 11, at 6:30 pm in the Cascia Hall Scianna Performing Arts Center. His presentation for parents is open to the public and free of charge. Take the Utica entrance, and go straight towards the stadium parking lot.
Parents are invited to learn about effective strategies for raising “tweens” and teens in light of the research on adolescent brain development. Terence Houlihan has been an educator and counselor for over 18 years. He is an international speaker who has presented to parents and delivered training seminars for educators, including Conferences in Boston, Houston, and Pittsburgh, on the developmental changes associated with adolescence.
