Celle Mayor Visits Tulsa
INTERNATIONAL VISIT: Mayor Kathy Taylor met with Celle, Germany Lord Mayor Dr. Martin Biermann on Oct. 6. The two city leaders met for the first time and discussed the development of economic, educational, and cultural ties in a continuing active partnership between Tulsa and Celle.
Mayor Taylor and Mayor Biermann welcomed a group of guests, which included former Tulsa Mayors and representatives of key global companies, such as Baker Hughes, Centrilift, and Lufthansa. Celle is one of Tulsa’s eight sister cities. The partnership was established in 2000 and is operated through Tulsa Global Alliance.
