Col. Robert W. Powell, Chairman of the Board of the Memorial Veterans Association and Director of Tulsa’s only Museum of Military History, was the featured speaker at the Press Club’s Page One Luncheon Series Jan. 27.
Col Powell is an 86-year-old veteran who has flown many missions. He is in search of a specific target: a permanent home for Tulsa’s Museum of Military History.
