Coury Properties announces its newest project, The Grottos–a lake home development on Grand Lake of the Cherokees.

Developed by Paul Coury and constructed by Renaissance Construction, a division of Coury Properties, The Grottos encompasses seven acres with 750 feet of waterfront property off Highway 82 between Langley and Ketchum. The one- and two-story homes range from 1,700 square feet to 2,400 square feet and will feature a Mediterranean flair with tile roofing, wood beam accents, and stucco and stone exteriors.

The gated community will offer 10 waterfront properties, with the option of building a single or double boat slip, and nine lake-view properties, including a boat slip within a common slip. Fifteen lots allow for construction of separate garages and/or garages with 500-square-foot bungalows on top for guest quarters with small kitchenettes.

“The Grottos is a one-of-a-kind development for Grand Lake, integrating elegant, custom homes into a natural environment. The landscape is reminiscent of the Amalfi coast of Italy,” said Paul Coury, president of Coury Properties.

An hour drive from Tulsa, The Grottos project is located on the south side of Grand Lake between Langley and Ketchum, near Grand Lake Towne. The Cherokee Yacht Club and Marina and Arrowhead Yacht Club are close attractions. McGraw Realtors on Grand Lake is handling the sales of the lots and homes. Waterfront lots start at $160,000 and lakeview lots are priced at $105,000. Five floor plans are available and home prices range from $286,000 to $400,000. Parcels are currently being platted and seven properties are currently under contract. Roads are being cut and construction is expected to begin within the next 30 days.
