Cowgirl Track Team Finish Competition at Big 12 Championships
, Iowa – The Oklahoma State women’s track and field team closed out the Big 12 Championships Saturday with two provisional marks and a season best.
The Cowgirls had two competitors receive provisional marks in the 3000 meter run and the one mile run. Junior Felicity Milton placed fifth in the 3000 meter run with a time of 9:28.03 and senior Mihaela Susa finished fourth in the one mile run with a time of 4:42.23.
Junior Clarissa Andrews posted her season best mark at triple jump coming in 12th place with a mark of 11.94m.
Junior Teran Mixon came in seventh in the 1000 meter run finals with a time of 2:53.35 and sophomore Kendra Woodson came in seventh in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:12.52.
The Cowgirls will return to action March 5, to compete in the Arkansas and Iowa Last Chance meets.
