The latest Cox Communications store opened on July 14 in Broken Arrow at 866 E. Hillside Dr.
“Broken Arrow has not had a Cox retail presence in the city since 2012,” says store owner Ted Andress, who has been partnered with Cox since 2011.
“We have been trying to enter this market for five years because of the city’s explosive growth,” he says.
Andress was drawn to the store’s location along Hillside Drive in an area that is seeing new businesses enter the area, with the recent openings of Hobby Lobby, QuikTrip, Wingstop, J. Spencer Jewelry & Gifts and Jersey Mike’s Subs.
The Cox store allows customers to make payments, exchange equipment, learn about Cox offerings, and purchase the latest products and services, including digital video, high speed internet, voice services, and Homelife Security and Automation.
“This new store provides a convenient location for Broken Arrow residents to do business in Broken Arrow,” Andress says.
Andress, a Tulsa native, is Cox’s largest authorized retail dealer in the state and operates his stores with his two sons, Teddy and Tyler, who serve as district managers.
This is Andress’ fourth Cox retail location in the greater Tulsa area. His additional stores are located at 4965 S. Peoria Ave. and 10398 E. 21st St. in Tulsa and 12415 E. 96th St. N. in Owasso.
Hours for the Broken Arrow store are Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
