Crawfest a Cajun Good Time
Ed Richard, owner of Cajun Ed’s Hebert’s Specialty Meats, celebrates Crawfest 2013 with customers and friends on May 18. Hebert’s, 2101 E. 71st St., offers many Cajun favorites, including boudin, crawfish etouffee and andouille.
