Dairyman/Marketer Honored

Bill Braum, founder of Braum’s Ice Cream and Dairy Stores, was recently named Outstanding Dairyman/Marketer of the Year by Western Dairy Business Magazine. Braum was honored with the award during the World Ag Expo, held in Tulare, Calif.
“Bill Braum’s expertise and roots in the processing and marketing of dairy products made him an ideal award winner,” says Joel Hastings, Publisher of Western Dairy Business Magazine. “Braum gives real meaning to the term ‘vertical integration.’ He is a dairyman, farmer, processor, manufacturer and retailer of dairy products.”
