DTU Releases Downtown Development Guide
Downtown Tulsa Unlimited (DTU) has released a new quarterly development guide called “In the Loop: An Insider’s Guide to Development Within the IDL.” This comprehensive guide will make it easy to keep up with the numerous recent developments in downtown Tulsa spurred from both Vision 2025 projects and independent private development. The first edition is a 28-page resource document that gives background and status updates on 44 different projects either announced, in-progress, or recently completed within the Inner Dispersal Loop in downtown Tulsa.
“With so many new projects and developments downtown, it can be hard for people to keep up with everything,” said Jim Norton, President of Downtown Tulsa Unlimited. “We are excited to be able to provide one central location for those interested in the revitalization of downtown Tulsa to keep up-to-date on all that is happening.”
“In the Loop” is available in pdf form on DTU’s recently updated Web site, www.tulsadowntown.org. It can be found on the “Development” page, which is under the “About” link on the homepage.
Downtown Tulsa Unlimited is a private, non-profit membership association concerned with the growth and development of downtown Tulsa. Working with the public and private sectors, DTU provides leadership in studying issues that affect downtown, offering solutions and implementing programs which assure the vitality and growth of the central core.
Dedicated to the fulfillment of downtown Tulsa’s potential, Downtown Tulsa Unlimited provides the vehicle through which further economic development, retail, urban design and planning, downtown management, civic leadership, festivals and promotions, action and advocacy are made possible.
