On March 28, Tulsa-area high school students attended an entrepreneurship workshop organized by OK2Grow, Junior Achievement and Tulsa Public Schools. The workshop took students through a competition to develop a new product or service and learn the principles of entrepreneurship.
Shannon Wilburn, second from right, co-founder and of Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, was the event’s keynote speaker. Also pictured are, from left, Larry Mocha, Lynda Wingo, Stephanie Cameron and Jerry Holder, all with OK2Grow, a small business driven workforce development nonprofit organization.
