Bovaird Chair in Entrepreneurial Studies and Business Enterprise. Dr. Wofford was raised in Tulsa, where he graduated from Hale High School. He earned his bachelors degree in business administration with a major in economics and an MBA from TU, a master’s degree from OU, and a Ph. D. in finance and real estate from the University of Texas in Austin. He is also president of C&L Holding Corp., which operates Route 66 Harley Davidson in Tulsa.
