GTR Student Athlete of the Month: Annemarie Hull, Tulsa Edison

ANNMARIE HULL

Annemarie Hull has been selected as the November /SportClips Student Athlete of the Month.

Hull is a varsity soccer player for Thomas A. Edison Preparatory High School.
Having played soccer since elementary school, Hull shows dedication to the sport. She enjoys the sport since it encourages team involvement and athleticism. She says that it is a great way to keep in shape while having a lot of fun especially while traveling to tournaments.

She is also dedicated to her grades and ranked 9th out of the 254 students in her class with a grade point average of 3.98 on a four-point scale and 4.5 on a five-point scale.

In addition to academics, Hull is wholly involved in a variety of other activities including the National Honor Society, Key Club, Student Council, Class Board and the Native American Student Association where she is vice president.

Representing the Edison Key Club, Hull tutors students in need of school assistance and takes part in other activities. Hull took time out from planting trees with the Key Club to do the Student Athlete of the Month interview.

Off campus, Hull is a member of her club soccer team “Blitz” and has received the title of team captain all four years she has been involved. Over the summer, Hull completed work for Habitat for Humanity as well.
