Gulbis Holds SemGroup Lead
Natalie Gulbis earned 12 Team SemGroup points and retained a 177-point lead in the Team SemGroup Points Race at the LPGA Takefuji Classic in Las Vegas, Nevada. Cristie Kerr earned 19 Team SemGroup points with her 12th place finish.
SemGroup, L.P. announced in February the creation of Team SemGroup, made up of six LPGA Tour professionals who will compete against each other in a points race that concludes at the John Q. Hammons Hotel Classic presented by SemGroup, September 4 – 10, at Cedar Ridge Country Club. Team SemGroup will be competing for a first-place $25,000 donation to the winning player’s charity of choice.
