Halloween at The Aquarium
What’s spookier than the sight of a bull shark swimming right at you? The magnificent animals at the Oklahoma Aquarium sharing their saltwater space with pirates and a Haunted Sunken Ship! The Oklahoma Aquarium is getting decked out for HallowMarine, a safe, indoor Halloween carnival, trick-or-treat trail and spook house.
Little pirates and mermaids and all other ghosts, goblins, super heroes and princesses are invited to wear their costumes and enjoy the amazing atmosphere of the Oklahoma Aquarium decorated just right for Halloween on the high seas. Kids and grown-ups can enjoy games, prizes and plenty of candy, while checking out some surprises in the tanks. For a real thrill, walk the plank of the Haunted Sunken Ship, but don’t upset the pirates or you may have to share your sugary treasure!
HallowMarine offers something special for all age groups. The carnival is just right for the youngest trick-or-treaters, the Haunted Sunken Ship guarantees to thrill even the bravest tweens and teens and of course, the candy satisfies sweet tooths of all ages. As an added bonus, all Oklahoma Aquarium exhibits are open to be enjoyed at a discount off regular admission. While every night of the five-night event promises to be spooky, salty and safe, the first night of HallowMarine will begin with a costume contest with great prizes offered by sponsor 106.9 K-HITS.
HallowMarine will be held Oct. 27 to 31, from 6:30 – 9 p.m. Special admission prices are $10 for adults and $7 for kids.
