Heart coming ‘Straight On’ to Tulsa on April 8

TULSA, Okla. – One of rock music’s most enduring acts is coming to Tulsa on April 8, when Heart plays The Joint located inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.
Tickets start at $55 and go on sale Feb 24.
Led by sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson, Heart has sold more than 35 million albums and achieved platinum status 20 times since the 1976 debut “Dreamboat Annie” launched the band into instant stardom behind the success of early singles “Crazy on You” and “Magic Man.”
To date, Heart has charted 31 tracks on the Billboard Hot 100, including “Barracuda,” “Straight On,” “Tell it Like it Is,” “What About Love,” “All I Wanna Do is Make Love to You,” and the No. 1 hits “These Dreams” and “Alone.”
With the September release of “Red Velvet Car,” which gave the band its highest debut since 1990 at No. 10, Heart has released seven albums that have peaked in the Top 10. In 1985, the band’s self-titled release hit No. 1, while the follow-ups: 1987’s “Bad Animals” and 1990’s “Brigade” peaked at No. 2 and 3, respectively. As a testament to the band’s continual popularity, Heart has charted albums in the Top 10 in the ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s, and in 2010.
