Holland Hall’s Headmaster a Fellow

Holland Hall Headmaster Mark D. Desjardins, Ph.D., has been selected as a 2008 Klingenstein Visiting Fellow at Columbia University in New York. He will join 18 other school leaders from across the country and around the world at Columbia’s Teachers College this January for two weeks of study among professional peers.

The Klingenstein Center is a graduate school of study, research and leadership development in independent school education and celebrates its 30th anniversary during the 2007-08 school year. The Klingenstein Center’s renowned programs encourage a sustained and thoughtful leadership in American independent schools both at home and abroad and the fellowship is widely considered to be one of the most prestigious honors within the independent school academic community.
