Nashville, TN – Here We Rest, the new album from Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit (released April 12 on Lightning Rod Records) has resonated with the press as it continues to receive accolades from a wide range of outlets, from NPR to Esquire to USA Today.
Here We Rest nearly doubled the first-week sales of the band’s previous release and reached the highest debut chart position in Isbell’s career by cracking the top100 on the Billboard Current Albums Chart at #72, bypassing the coveted “Heat Seekers” chart. The album also debuted at #15 on the Independent Chart, #24 at Rock and #18 at Indie/Small Chain Core. At Amazon,the album hit #17 on the MP3 Album chart and #18 on the Streetpulse Independent Retail Chart. This also marks the highest chart debut for Lightning Rod Records and Thirty Tigers/RED, who distributes the record.
