Jenks Chamber Hosts Women in Business Seminar

WOMEN IN BUSINESS SPEAKERS: The Jenks Chamber’s Women in Business program on Aug. 27 highlighted three area women in leadership roles as speakers. They told their histories and gave bits of advice.  Featured were, from left, State Representative Shella Dills, Jenks Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Stacey Butterfield, and Tulsa County Commissioner Karen Keith.  A few takeaway answers from questions asked were: 1. How to grow? “Jump in.   If you are really comfortable then you are not ‘Growing.’” 2. Listen to others. 3. And the best advice, “Be true to oneself.”
