Jenks Pom Fashion Show 2020 Set for September 15
Jenks Pom is set to put on its 22nd Annual Fashion Show. This year the theme is “The City that Never Sleeps.” This spectacular event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 7 p.m. at the Jenks High School Performing Arts Center. The latest styles and trends from local businesses will be walked down the runway by Jenks seniors. These students are involved in all aspects of the Jenks community such as academics, sports, clubs, and so much more. Not only will the students be in the show but the very fashionable administrators and teachers from Jenks High School will make their debut on the catwalk.
The Jenks pom squads have been creatively working hard throughout this pandemic to keep their skill levels up. The Varsity, Junior Varsity and Junior High squads will be attending an out of the ordinary “at home” UDA camp in July in hopes to qualify for the national competition in Orlando, Florida. To show their appreciation, the Varsity, JV, JH and Middle School squads will perform their routines for the audience and even a special performance from Jenks Premiere Pom. The talented and lovely seniors this year are Emily Condon, Peyton Lee, Ashley Lewellen, Thiry Saleh, Leah Snowbarger, Hattie Stephens, Sydney Wallis and Maddie Borchers.
Modeling forms are now being accepted from 2020/20201 for the show. Information can be found at www.jenkspom.com. Spots are limited so forms, with T-shirt sizes and modeling fees, should be sent to Brandi Thomas, 11908 S. 4th St, Jenks, OK 74037.
