KUDOS OF THE MONTH: SemGroup for LPGA

SemGroup’s continued involvement in community affairs will be highlighted at the 2007 SemGroup Championship. The event puts Tulsa in the national spotlight and benefits local charity organizations.
The 2007 SemGroup Champion- ship, presented by John Q. Hammons, will be held April 30 through May 6 at the Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow. The SemGroup Championship welcomes LPGA Tour professional golfers and showcases the community.
Tulsa golfers are invited to play in the Pro-Am as well as watch the professionals compete for a $1.4 million purse. Non-golfers can volunteer at the event where they will have the opportunity to be close to the action and meet LPGA Tour members.
In addition to hosting this prestigious event, SemGroup has partnered with The Children’s Hospital at St. Francis as the 2007 Official Tournament Charity. Money raised will go towards the completion of the Children’s Hospital, adjacent to St. Francis Hospital. The expected completion date is 2008.
