Tulsa Global Alliance () is a non-profit volunteer organization that bridges cultures through awareness, education and opportunities. offers a world of services that connect people, companies, families, organizations and students from Oklahoma with the rest of the world.

is a member of Sister Cities International: a citizen diplomacy network that connects cities around the world. The City of Tulsa has designated as the coordinator for all of Tulsa’s Sister City exchanges and programs with eight countries: San Luis Potosi, Mexico; Kaohsiung, Taiwan; Beihai, China; Tiberias, Israel; Utsunomiya, Japan; Zelenograd, Russia; Celle, Germany; and Amiens, France.

In October Mayor Dr. Martin Biermann from Celle made his fourth visit to Tulsa.

In an effort to help Tulsa companies learn about doing business internationally, hosts three seminars a year that focus on specific international business-related topics, such as currency issues, protocol, legal and regulatory issues and culture.

To encourage respect and appreciation, provides tools and resources for teaching international understanding in and outside of the classroom through programs such as The Culture Box Program which offers collections of artifacts from more than 40 countries, the Kids’ World International Festival which provides a hands-on exploration of world cultures through food, entertainment, customs, language and geography and the recently established Tucky Roger Education Fellowship that supports professional development in the area of global education for K-12 teachers.
