Larry the Cable Guy Coming to BOK Center

The man who added the catchphrase “Git-R-Done” to the American lexicon is coming to the BOK Center Friday, Feb. 13 at 8 p.m.
Dan Whitney, known better as Larry The Cable Guy, has proven to be one of the most successful comics. Whitney’s latest film, “Witless Protection” was released on DVD in early June. In it he stars as a sheriff along with co-stars Ivana Milicevic and Jenny McCarthy.
He’s well known for his part in the “Blue Collar Comedy Tour,” and last holiday season he starred in VH1’s “Larry The Cable Guy’s Christmas Spectacular.” Whitney was the voice of Mater in the Golden Globe winning Disney/Pixar animated film “Cars.”
He has received a Billboard Top Comedy Tour Award and for the second year in a row, he’s has been named to the Forbes Celebrity 100, which lists the hottest and most successful people in the entertainment industry.
Whitney is a bestselling author with many successful comedy CDs, including his latest release, “Morning Constitutions.”
