A new interior design studio and furniture shop has opened in the north Bixby region. Luxe Furniture & Design, once residing on Riverside Parkway, is now sharing the Home Hardware Building at 10545 S. Memorial Dr. The 8,000 square-foot space now occupied by Luxe features 26 styled furniture vignettes and a design center full of fabric and rug samples.
“The goal of the new showroom is to provide inspiration to those wanting to redecorate or redesign their home,” said Luxe owner Tamara Noel. “We want to provide an experience that is unique to most other furniture stores in the area.”
Luxe’s staff contains a group of seasoned interior designers that help store customers by creating custom design plans.
“Our designers will go to your home and take measurements and draw a floor plan with furniture, fabric and accessory suggestions. This way, you will have a beautiful and fully functional space,” said Noel.
However, the design services don’t stop just at furniture placement and custom pieces. Luxe designers also help homeowners and builders choose finishings for homes including paint, tile, flooring, lighting and other design elements that make up a home.
“We recently made the decision to expand our service offerings because our designers were already doing this for clients,” said Noel.
Luxe Furniture & Design has been a Tulsa staple for six years after previously operating as Luxe Home Interiors and Norwalk Furniture. Noel purchased the business in 2013 after spending her previous career in oil and gas. Now with the newly designed showroom, she feels as if the space perfectly showcases the variety of styles and services that Luxe designers can provide.
