Mayor Robert Lee to Deliver State of the City at Sept. Jenks Chamber of Commerce Luncheon

The Jenks Chamber of Commerce hosts a luncheon on the third Wednesday of each month featuring networking opportunities and a speaker targeting business development, legislative policy, career coaching and other important topics.
Jenks Mayor Robert Lee will deliver his State of the City address at the chamber’s Sept. 18 monthly luncheon.
The program, sponsored by Tedford Insurance, will take place at The Hive, 115 S. First St. in Jenks. The program begins at noon.
Lee was elected to the Jenks City Council in 2017 and was selected by his fellow councilors earlier this year to serve as mayor.
Cost to attend the lunch is $15 for Jenks Chamber members and $20 for non-members.
The Jenks Chamber hosted Dr. Steve Tiger, Superintendent and CEO of Tulsa Tech, at the August monthly meeting. Dr. Tiger spoke on Tulsa Tech’s 2019 agenda. He leads an organization with approximately 1,000 full and part-time employees, over 5,000 full-time students, over 30,000 business and industry clients, six campuses and a $150 million budget.
