Men?s Golf Heads West for NCAA Regionals
This will be ORU’s second straight NCAA Regional appearance and the program’s 16th overall. The Golden Eagles enter Regional play after winning the Summit League Championship two weeks ago in St. George, Utah. Top-ranked Oregon highlights a 13-team field which includes No. 12 UNLV, No. 13 Augusta State and No. 25 Tennessee.
Rounding out the field are San Diego State, California, Chattanooga, UCF, Arizona, UC-Irvine, Missouri and Mew Mexico State.

Lance Watson leads a surprising Golden Eagles squad into Regionals. ORU earned its way into regionals with a stunning comeback at the Summit League Championships on April 27, winning the championship on David Holtgrewe’s 12-foot putt on the 18th hole.Team will play a 54-hole tournament, with 18 holes being played each day. The Top eight teams and six best unattached individuals will advance out of regionals to the NCAA Championships, June 1-6 in Chattanooga, Tenn.
